Additional investments in the companies in Macedonia and Russia

Alkaloid AD Skopje invested in its subsidiary in the Republic of Macedonia and Russian Federation, by increasing its share capital.

Investments of 80 million Denars were made in Alkaloid CONS LTD Skopje and investments of 120 million Rubles in Alkaloid-RUS LLC Moscow. Alkaloid AD Skopje owns 100% of both subsidiaries.

These investments are in line with the continuous activities of Alkaloid AD Skopje to further expand and strengthen its business operations.
